Rachel teaches weekly Belly Dance and Polynesian Dance classes online and across North East Wales.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, abilities and all ages. In the weekly belly dance classes Rachel teaches techniques in Modern Egyptian styles of belly dance, classical and oriental, as well also folkloric styles from North African countries, such as Morocco and Egypt.
Belly Dance is wonderful for embracing and celebrating your femininity and sensuality!
These classes are inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, such as Hawai'i and Tahiti and Polynesian Dance is an art form that communicates and celebrates the island culture. The classes incorporate a full-body, cardio workout through dance movements set to the sounds of traditional tribal Polynesian drum beats and relaxing, graceful Hawaiian Hula music.
Dance Healing & Meditation
Rachel facilitates monthly dance healing and movement meditation workshops all over North Wales, & by request also elsewhere in the U.K.
