Contact forms

We host a contact form in order to provide a private and secure way for visitors to contact us. This form collects your name and contact information. This information is used explicitly for the purpose of sending an email to the site administrators.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Visitor data is shared with Google Analytics for the purpose of better understanding what our visitors are reading, what is popular and what is not.

Any data you voluntarily share with this site is not passed to any other third parties. It is retained on this site and nowhere else.

 

How long we retain your data

If you book a session with Rachel, your personal contact information and payment information are kept secure on our database (hosted by Wix).

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Your data WILL NOT be sold under any circumstances.  It is kept for Rachel's use only, that is, to administer your booking and to keep you informed of future sessions.  You have the right to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

 

Your contact information

We gather your contact information when you subscribe to our newsletter or leave a comment on this site. This is never publicly displayed or shared with third parties.

None. This website is a human-scale website and aims to be free of such things.
