Enjoy a journey and guided meditation with Rachel to the receive the wisdom and healing of Lemon Balm Flower Essence.

"Lemon Balm Flower Essence helps the mind and your entire system to soften and relax. It can be used for any times of anxiety, overwhelm, or physical or emotional stress. This flower essence supports the body's nervous system in quieting down in order for it to repair."

On the night I will share with you briefly about the flower essence, and you will be given the option of taking the Flower essence formula (find out more about them here). This will be followed with a 45minute guided relaxing visualisation where you can surrender and let go, be nourished and nurtured, in the warmth and cosiness of Berwyn Bookshop.

Following the meditation there will be time for chat and herbal teas.

~ You will need to bring your own blanket, cushion and/or yoga mat to lie or sit on. Wear warm, comfy clothes (As much as enables you to be comfortable on the floor.)

~ Parking is available in the main car park in Buckley centre and is a short 2 minute walk away.

~ Suitable for all ages (over 16's)

Who is Rachel?

Rachel is the best-selling author of Lupa. She-Wolf of Rome, Mother of Destiny, as well as Wolf. Embody your Inner Wolf and Pantheon. The Romans. She is also a sacred dance teacher, historian, and women's empowerment and flower essence coach and consultant.

Rachel is the creatrix of Wolf Woman Rising, a wisdom school where she empowers you to embody wisdom, reclaim your wild and create a life lived on purpose. Through online community, courses and training, as well as in-person retreats she initiates women into the feminine arts, nature alchemy & divine connection. Her desire has always been to create a bridge between history and spirituality, mythology and well-being, transmuting mythology into embodied wisdom, so that it becomes a tool of healing, empowerment and awakening for men and women.

Rachel read History with Religious Studies at University and then went on to complete post-graduate qualifications in History and Heritage Management. She has also worked in the heritage sector for over a decade, primarily working with children and interpretation and she can claim to have worked in 5 different castles!

Rachel is also the founder and principal teacher of Under the Dancing Tree School of Sacred Dance and Healing. She teaches sacred dances including Belly Dance, Polynesian dance, movement meditation and archetypal dance.

Using her own journey and over 18 years’ experience of teaching and training she empowers and inspires students to deeply understand and practice courage, trust and authenticity.
