* Consultations are delivered via Zoom, with a link sent 1-2 days before your session via email or Signal

* The consultations are not recorded and remain completely private.

* All resources, meditations, healing journeys and advice sent to you is to remain for your private use only.

* Each formula is created and personalised to you following our call - We do not offer pre-made formulas as every person and situation is unique! 

* Rachel has the right to cancel your mentorship, without refund, at any time if you show a lack of commitment to your journey and healing and if you repeatedly cancel or disrupt your sessions
* 24-hour cancellation notice is required from you for each consultation and you have 6 months to complete your mentorship container.

* Full payment is due following your first booking unless otherwise arranged. Thank you.
